Paper:
Please arrange to send your full paper by Feb 2nd, 2018 to enable us to incorporate it in the proceedings to be released at the conference.
Please note that PowerPoint Presentations cannot be accepted to print in the proceedings and full papers must be submitted. The guidelines for the Paper Format is attached. The inclusion of a JPEG image of the authors along with a short Biography is requested. The Biography should be 100-150 words and in the third person.
Authorisation of Publication:
It may kindly be noted that the authors need to sign the Authorization of publication and transfer of copyrights and submit it along with the full paper. Please download this below.

Program:
Each Presenter will be scheduled for 25 minutes’ presentations (including 5 minutes Q&A). We will inform you of the timing of your paper once the program has been drawn up.
Presentations:
To ease transitions between presentations on the day of the event, all presentations will be loaded onto the APS laptop prior to the program. If your presentation contains video or audio, please provide these to be stored in the same folder as your presentation. PDF of PowerPoint presentations may also be provided to the attendees. Please note your final PowerPoint Presentation is due on or before March 2nd, 2018.

Registration:
Speakers are entitled to complimentary registration to both conference days and invited to the APS social dinner and drinks. However, we require you to formally register as to maintain accurate records. Please register here prior to March 2nd.
